The Malezi Women’s Group in Kakamega, Kenya operate the ‘Overcoming Faith’ schools and are responsible for making a number of handmade items. Below you can see how the Malezi women work and make items such as greetings cards, necklaces, bracelets, notebooks and photo frames/albums.

All members of the Malezi Women’s Group are widows, they act as ‘guardians’ by opening their hearts and their homes to orphans. Every day the Malezi women share their stories through song and dance.

As part of Maimie Jane’s sustainable rebuild project, we hope to sell these handmade products online and donate all proceeds to the ‘Overcoming Faith’ schools.
